Jaguar XKR Evaluation of the 2010

The 2010 Jaguar XKR coupe is a very eye appealing automobile. It has distinct styling with body lines created quite similar to that of the Aston Martin for about half of the M.S.R.P. This car sold new for approximately $102,000. As you will see, quite a value at that price.

Opening the door is done with a key fob held in your hand or in a pocket or purse. The seat is easy to get into without any gyrations. I am 6’4” and it was no problem for me. Once in the vehicle you smell the fine quality leather that surrounds you. In this car it had very supple black perforated seats with a charcoal, suede headliner. All surrounding leather was black and had a piano black lacquered wood trim. Very elegant. For longer trips there is a variety of seat adjustments including lumbar support. Very good visibility of your surroundings from inside the car.

With a push of a button the car starts with a growl. The acceleration is immediate. The transmission is either a paddle shift or fully automatic. You are able to mix them at any time you wish. Very smooth shifting. The car is responsive to all commands you make of it. Breaking and acceleration, are both excellent. The maneuverability is superb. It turns crisp and sharp with infinite accuracy.
I spent hours behind the steering wheel in this automobile and never tired of the thrill of driving it. The amenities are plentiful including Adaptive Cruise Control. For longer trips, a great asset for the ease of driving. The craftsmanship and quality of workmanship is evident in the pride of the employees who built this car.

In my opinion, this is a fine automobile and definitely allows you to experience the excellent quality of the car.
